Based in the Washington, D.C. office, Harris plays a pivotal role in enhancing CrossCountry’s national presence, particularly within the government contracting, hospitality, and financial services industries. His leadership is instrumental in connecting a suite of services focused on strategy definition, business processes, financial system implementations, and reporting solutions that provide data-driven insights and foster organizational change.
With over 25 years of experience, Harris has been at the forefront of driving strategic transformation initiatives. Before joining CrossCountry, he served as a Partner at SC&H Group, where he was a leader in the Business Performance Management practice that focused on delivering innovative FinTech solutions to the office of the CFO. His earlier tenure at BearingPoint showcased his adeptness in developing long-term strategies for prominent clients like the U.S. Senate, addressing essential financial management and reporting requirements.
Harris holds an MBA from Loyola University in Maryland and a BS from the University of Baltimore.
