Nadeem is a Partner in CrossCountry Consulting’s national Private Equity practice based in Dallas, Texas, helping to highlight the convergence of technology and the CFO function. A hands-on M&A leader with over 20 years of experience across the transaction lifecycle – from diligence to post-close transformation – he has particular expertise in infusing analytics and data-driven decision-making into an organization’s business processes to drive revenue growth and increase operational efficiency.
Prior to CrossCountry, Nadeem was a Managing Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice, providing technology strategy, digital transformation, and performance improvement support to private equity firms and their portfolio companies before joining West Monroe’s Technology Transaction Services as Senior Partner.
Preceding his consulting career, Nadeem spent many years working at product technology companies, including one which he co-founded, where he held roles from software engineer to CTO, giving him a unique perspective that he now brings to the technology M&A space.
Nadeem earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada, and a master’s and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Rice University.
